Sean is unsure what to think when he receives an "olive branch" gift from Roger Anderson to make up for sleeping with his ex-wife, Jill, when they were married. Sean then learns that Roger is a new vendor for Pemberton Road. Roger apologizes to Sean for what he did. When Liz and Hunter attempt to dig dirt on Roger, only to discover that he is a great guy, Sean realizes that his anger stems from his self-anger for being dishonest with Jill.
Lorna goes on a cleanse to fit into her old acapella uniform at her college reunion after seeing that her old friend can still fit into her uniform. Lorna explains to Sean that she is jealous of Betty for being able to fit into her uniform and always getting to sing solos in college.
Roger is discovered to be a fraud after Liz overhears him talking on the phone with his fiancé after they had kissed the night before, and that his African mud pots being sold at Pemberton Road are not authentic.
Sean, Max, Liz, and Hunter go to Roger’s merger meeting to expose him. The CEO of the company he is plans to merge with already knows Roger’s products aren’t authentic, and didn’t mind. After the group feels that roger wll win yet again, Roger’s fiancé, who happens to be the CEO’s daughter, walks into the meeting. Roger bribes them to keep their mouths shut in exchange for sending business to Pemberton Road once the merger went through. Roger ends up being exposed, and his fiance learns the truth, only for Sean, Max, Liz, and Hunter to have wedding cake samples thrown in their faces.
At Lorna's college reunion, Betty passes out due to her own cleanse, and Lorna gets her chance to sing a solo.
