Actress Sienna Miller testified that about her phone being hacked while having a conversation with James Bond star, Daniel Craig.
Miller co-starred with Craig in the movie, Layer Cake. According to the Associated Press, Miller said that her sentiments were misconstrued when speaking on the telephone to Craig. Miller explained that she "absolutely never" courted media attention. She was upset that her relationship with Craig had been turned into "a titillating piece of information" for the press.
According to Reuters, the courtroom was crowded for Miller's appearance. There was laughter when Miller was baffled by one of the questions. After Miller finished explaining her side to the court, Judge John Saunders thanked her and said: "I am very sorry what has gone on in this court and reported in the press has caused you distress."
Miller, 32, has been seen in a number of films. Her most recent projects have included G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, Yellow, Just Like a Woman, and A Case of You. She was also seen in the TV movie, Comic Relief 2009.
