Sophia Bush opened up about her failed marriage to her former One Tree Hill co-star, Chad Michael Murray, while on Watch What Happens Live on Monday night.
Bush was there promoting her new show Chicago PD, when she was asked about her ex-husband, who she was married to for five months in 2005. He is rumored to have cheated on her with Paris Hilton, who he co-starred with in House of Wax.
A fan called in and asked Bush when she spoke with Murray last and she shrugged it off, saying "My mother once said to me, that if you don’t have anything nice to say, not to say anything at all," Huffington Post reports.
Although she told other co-stars who get along after splitting, “More power to you!" she admitted she does not speak or even like her ex-husband.
Bush also said in an interview with Splash "I’ve dated a couple of the wrong guys, but I’ve also had great love in my life.”
“At the end of the day, we're grown ups and I actually think what's interesting about it is when people split in a way that's unpleasant, they usually just go on, quite literally, hating each other or the person in my situation hates the other person, whatever," she continued to Cohen.
Bush went onto say that they worked together for five years after their divorce so, “you kind of have to deal with it,” adding, “For me, my job is my priority, and so, it really helped me just let go of it and be like, 'Look, at the end of the day, we were two stupid kids who had no business being in a relationship in the first place.”
