A suspected intruder was arrested on Saturday outside of Selena Gomez's house.

One of Gomez's family members spotted the man lurking outside of the singer's house and contacted police, reports TMZ. The man was arrested and charged with trespassing.

According to The Associated Press, the man was 19-year-old Juan Daniel Garcia from Arizona.

Los Angeles Police Officer Rosario Herrera says that no one is sure if Gomez was at her San Fernando Valley home when Garcia was spotted and arrested.
TMZ notes that Garcia told the cops that he wanted to see the singer in person. Gomez already has a restraining order out on a man, who in 2011 had threatened to kill her.

Recently, Gomez opened up about how she had a falling out with Demi Lovato, while her friend was going through rehab. She noted that they had been friend since they were kids and Gomez struggled to understand what Lovato was going through.

The former Disney Channel star didn't elaborate further, but only noted that she is glad that she and Lovato were able to patch their relationship up afterwards.
