The Partridge Family actor Dave Madden passed away Thursday morning at the age of 82 after a long illness.
Madden's former agent told TMZ that the actor had died from kidney and congestive heart failure while in Florida.
Madden was most well-known for playing the long-suffering manager of The Partridge Family, Reuben Kincaid, with the younger kids like Danny teasing and frustrating him.
The actor who played Danny, Danny Bonaduce remembered the actor on Twitter, according to The Hollywood Reporter. "Dave Madden was a great guy & like family to me. He taught me to drive acar when I was 10. One of many great memories. I'll truly miss him."
Madden spent over 30 years working in television and on others shows, including Alice which was his next major TV role following four seasons of The Partridge Family. Other shows he had roles or appearances in include Camp Runamuck, Happy Days, Bewitched, Boy Meets World and Married With Children.
