Alicia can’t help but mull over his offer, but luckily she turns him down in the end.

But perhaps even more gut wrenching is Diane’s decision to fire Cary! Will is a notorious hothead, but Diane’s sad discovery of her mentee’s betrayal was just hard to watch.
