Zodiak, the creative force behind projects for the small screen, have announced new hires at their New York office.

Brent Burnette and Neil Regan will take on new positions at the company. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Mike Gamson, chief creative officer said in a statement, "Both Neil and Brent are experienced producers and fantastic developers – they have a keen eye for talent, deep relationships in the community and over two decades of production experience combined."

A major shift took place last year at Zodiak as Gamson was promoted to chief creative officer, formerly serving as senior veep and exec producer, according to Variety.

This year, more positions change as Zodiak shifts into high gear. Burnette has been appointed senior vice-president of development and Neil Regan has been promoted to senior vp of development. In his previous job at Magilla Entertainment, Burnette developed shows for Animal Planet, Discovery, Food Network, and the Travel Network. Regan was the vice president of development and current. He has worn many hats, including producer and director on Wife Swap and The Next Food Network Star.
