After the extreme success of Vince Gilligan’s ‘Breaking Bad,’ a spinoff based on the crooked lawyer, Saul Goodman has been in the works. In recent news, Aaron Paul who starred as Walter White’s partner, Jesse Pinkman, is seriously considering being a part of the upcoming series, Better Call Saul.
"Anything Vince is involved with, I'm there," Paul said to The Associated Press, according to Rolling Stone. "I owe him my entire career. And the idea of jumping into the skin of Jesse Pinkman again in his lighter days — because it's all a prequel — it would be fun."
How great would it be to revisit Jesse Pinkman as a young and naive punk who dresses himself in clothing ten sizes too big? Since the show is a prequel, it opens many doors for characters who were introduced later in the show.
Numerous other Breaking Bad characters have made their intentions known to the public.
Mike Ehrmantraut, played by Jonathon Banks was the first official member from Breaking Bad to confirm his role in ‘Better Call Saul,” as reported in The Huffington Post.
Dean Norris who played DEA agent Hank Schrader, shows no interest in joining the cast of the hour long sitcom.
"I think that experience was that experience," Norris said. "I'm not a big fan of kind of revisiting something that has already been done. But I think it's going to be awesome. So I can't wait to see it," according to Rolling Stone.
Bob Odenkirk will continue to play the shady and comical Saul Goodman in the new series Better Call Saul, which will make its AMC Debut in November.
