Tuesday night on NBC, the winner of The Biggest Loser was announced, but many were shocked about how much weight she lost.
CBS News reports that Rachel Fredrickson was crowned last night's winner of The Biggest Loser.
Fredrickson, 24, lost a total of 155 pounds, taking her from 260 to 105. At only 5'3", she lost 59.62 percent of her body weight, making her the winner of the $250,000 grand prize.
"To move forward in this life and to know that I can take control and do anything I want -- it's just, it's been amazing," Fredrickson said.
However not everyone seemed so excited about her drastic weight drop.
Entertainment Tonight reports that Fredrickson's reveal on the show caused a stir online as many viewers took to Twitter to express their concerns.
@biggestlosernbc Rachel's NOT healthy. Not something we should be rewarding! Her BMI is 18: UNDERWEIGHT! @JillianMichaels @MyTrainerBob

#Biggestloser - Always inspired me but this finale was disturbing. They need safeguards to insure contestants stay in the healthy BMI range.

The looks on Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper's faces showed their concerns also.
