Justin Lin, who has been one of the major players behind the Fast and Furious films will now be adding television to his growing resume. CBS has ordered a drama pilot from Lin along with Nick Santora.

Santora is known for his work on Prison Break and the A&E drama Breakout Kings.

The show will focus on a group super-geniuses who form their own network. The upcoming drama project will be titled Scorpion. This is the sixth drama project that has been picked up by CBS, The Hollywood Reporter added.

Scorpion will focus on telling the story of an genius who has to lead an international team tasked with taking on the threats of the modern technological age, Varietyreported.

Santora wrote the pilot for Scorpion and will be an executive producer with Lin who will be directing the project.

Lin has directed four of the Fast and Furious films and is already signed on to direct the Dwayne Wade comedy Three the Hard Way.
