Chris Brown adds to his list of legal issues as he is being sued for allegedly assaulting a man during a pick-up game of basketball.

Malcolm Ausbon filed a lawsuit claiming Brown and his group of friends hit him last July at a Los Angeles 24 Hour Fintess, according to Fuse. Brown was reported to have grabbed the ball, threatened to “put these hands on you” and give a sign of the infamous street gang, Bloods, after a foul was called during the game.

Once the game continued, the “Forever” singer and his friends “began to strike, punch, kick, pull, and stomp Ausbon’s head and body.”

Ausbon was later taken to the hospital and treated for injuries to his face, neck, head, back, ribs and legs.
The 24-year-old has been on probation since the 2009 assault of ex-girlfriend Rihanna, which was withdrawn last December after a fight in Washington, D.C, according to Star Pulse.

Brown is currently in rehab for anger management issues which was mandated by the court.
