Team Canada has officially defeated Team USA’s women and men’s hockey teams. The Canadian hockey team beat the U.S. men’s team with a score of 1-0 on Friday. At one point, the U.S. had the highest scoring offense in the Olympic tournament with 20 goals in four games, but failed to earn redemption against the team that beat them four years ago.
A sequel to 1996 live-action/animated film, Space Jam is in the works and NBA star, LeBron James is rumored to star in it. If the news is true, this will be the second basketball film James will be working on as he is also working on a project with Kevin Hart. The Warner Bros. sequel will be developed by Charlie Ebersol and will also be his first screenplay.
Lily Allen has released the title of her upcoming album and that title is, Sheezus. Allen reportedly unveiled the title of her album on BBC One's The Graham Norton Show and also revealed the title is a nod to Kanye West. Allen explained she was inspired by West’s album, Yeezus. West has not yet commented on the news and probably wont until an official album released date is announced. Allen also released a music video earlier this month that's expected to be on her new album as well
Will Ferrell will once again take the big screen as “Ron Burgundy,” but in a new-uncut version of the Anchorman 2:The Legend Continues sequel. The new version will feature 763 new jokes and run over 2 hours. Anchorman fans can expect to see the super version in theaters Feb 28.
