Mark Ballas, 27, and Derek Hough, 28, Dancing with the Stars friends have bought a $1.23 million bachelor pad in Studio City, California.
According to Yahoo Celebrity , the 3,235 square foot house features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, hardwood floors, two living rooms, a large kitchen, a walk-in closet, and a wraparound deck with a pergola. It was built in 1962.
November was the first time that this million dollar house had been on the market in 30 years.
While the house is getting ready, Hough is immersing himself in the Olympics being held in Sochi, Russia. Ice dancers Meryl Davis and Charlie White asked Hough, who won the show 5 times, to choreograph their routine for the games, which will have a My Fair Lady theme, according to People Magazine.
Since Hough is in Sochi, Ballas is back in California getting ready for the new season of Dancing with the Stars.
Ballas and Hough met as children when they put in performances with Hough’s sister, Julianna Hough.
