This week the creator of the game Flappy Bird, Dong Nguyen, decided that despite the $50,000 a day pay day he was receiving through advertising that he was going to take the game off of app stores.
Nguyen had said that it was, “too addictive.”
However, there was a group of people that has decided to bring it back, the members of the pop/rock band, Fall Out Boy.
On Feb. 10, the boys took to their social media outlets to suggest that they’re going to create the game, Fall Out Bird.
“rome wasn’t built in a day, but this game was. in the spirit of Fall Out Boy Trail, we bring you #FallOutBird” The official band Twitter had posted.

According to MTV, in 2009, bass player Pete Wentz assisted in the created of Fall Out Boy Trail. It’s their personalized version of Oregon Trail. So the boys are not new to personalizing and revamping other popular games.
They hope for the game to be out this week to Google Play and the App Store.
