The stars came out to celebrate with Gwen Stefani at the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles Saturday afternoon.
Stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Richie, Rachel Zoe, Jessica Alba and Chelsea Handler attended the shower.
Stefani, 44, who is expecting her third boy, left with plenty of gifts, including clothes from Chanel and Bonpoint, as well as a diaper cake brought by Alba made with diapers from her baby brand, Honest, according to E! online.
The shower was decorated modern, with blue, white and silver highlights, including white roses, and blue and white candies.
Stefani arrived at the shower wearing a colorful blazer, leather pants, and her signature red lipstick. Despite the fact that she's pregnant, she was also sporting some sky high heels.
Although the shower was for Stefani's baby boy, there were no boys in sight. The men in her life, including husband Gavin Rossdale, 48, and their sons Kingston and Zuma attended a football game in Studio City, CA., according to Daily Mail.
