Harvey Weinstein has revealed that Jennifer Lawrence will be taking a break from acting after this year’s awards season.

Since her breakout role in Winter’s Bone, Lawrence, 23, has had a hectic shooting schedule with movies such as The Hunger Games franchise, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle.

“She's going to have a long break for a year where she won't do anything. Jennifer is too nice and will do people favors and agrees to do a movie like American Hustle when she could have had a rest,” he told The Sun. He also said she “deserves a rest.”

Weinstein also called the Oscar winner a “professional and always will be,” but admitted when she signed on for The Hunger Games she was too young to realize how much it would take over her life, The Independent reports.

Lawrence is up for another Academy Award on March 2, for Best Supporting Actress in American Hustle.
