Heisman Trophy winner, Jameis Winston, apparently will be playing football and baseball for the Florida State Seminoles for two more years and will not leave early to enter the NFL.
On Wednesday Winston's football coach, Jimbo Fisher, told reporters that his star quarterback will play for him for two more seasons, according to Sports Illustrated.
On Thursday, Winston told the Associated Press that his coach was accurate. He also tells the AP that he plans on playing on the university's baseball team next year as well. He is a closer on this season's team.
Winston will be entering his third year at FSU next year and will be eligible to enter the 2015 NFL Draft if he chose to leave school early, Sports Illustrated reports.
If he were eligible for this year's draft many draft experts believe that he would have been one of the top picks, if not the number one overall pick, in the draft. NFL draft analysis Gil Brandt says that Winston will have a bright future in the NFL, the AP reports.
Whenever Winston decides to enter the NFL, he will be one of the most sought after quarterbacks in that year's draft.
