A stuntwoman working on an Angelina Jolie film filed a legal matter with the LA County Courts. It seemed that the actress claims that her cell phone had been hacked into while she was working on Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

The case represents a violation of privacy for stuntwoman, Eunice Huthart. Huthart also worked as Jolie’s stunt double on Tomb Raider 2 and Beyond Borders, according to the Daily Mail. Huthart claims that while she was working on the Hollywood movie, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, England’s the Sun newspaper hacked into Huthart’s cell phone and illegally discovered information that Jolie and Pitt were dating. The stuntwoman heard about this when police questioned her in 2011.

Defense attorney Joseph M. Terry also argued that the case should be in Great Britain as that is where Huthart is a citizen. According to the Associated Press, Judge Fitzgerald said, "You have a very interesting case. If this was a personal decision, I'd like to keep you here. And Ms. Jolie being a witness would be very interesting. But given that, I believe it belongs in England."
