A Los Angeles County jury ordered Lisa Kudrow to pay her former manager for work on the television show, Friends.
The jury deliberated on the court case involving Lisa Kudrow and her manager. According to the Associated Press, Howard worked with Kudrow for 16 years. Kudrow started working with Howard in 1991.
Manager Scott Howard sued Kudrow in 2008. According to TMZ, the dispute involves money received from commission. The manager says that he is owed money. The jury decided that he should be paid $1.6 million.
Howard said that there was a verbal agreement regarding payment, but Kudrow disputed that that fact. Kudrow also said that she paid more than $11 million before they parted ways in 2007. Although there is a jury verdict at this time, the actress plans to appeal.
Kudrow was a fan favorite on the show, Friends from 1994 to 2004. She played Phoebe Buffay alongside Jennifer Aniston and Courtney Cox. Kudrow has also been seen in Analyze This, and the television shows, Web Therapy and Scandal.
