Justin Bieber will have to make a decision. After his recent DUI arrest in January, Bieber has been offered a plea deal by the Florida State Attorney.

Bieber’s DUI and resisting arrest case could be dropped if the infamous singer agrees to the terms given by the authorities. Otherwise the he will face jail time according to The Hollywood Gossip.

Bieber must agree to various terms including 40 hours of community service, an alcohol education program, and a “victim impact panel” which entails listening to speeches form those who have lost loved ones to drunk-driving related incidents. Also a part of the plea, Bieber must give a no contest plea to the charges od reckless driving and submit to random drug testing for the next six to nine months when entering the United States reported TMZ. Finally Bieber must wear an ignition interlock device for the next three months.

Under these new terms authorities would know of Bieber’s whereabouts for most of 2014 in order for he random drug testing to occur.

If Bieber were to comply with all the guidelines and pass the test, his charges would then be dropped.
