Minnesota Timberwolves star Kevin Love had quite the game Saturday night as he earned his first career triple-double. Love had 37 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists and played a key role in their 121-104 victory over the Utah Jazz.

Love definitely stepped up to help his team in a time of need as starting players Nikola Pekovic and Kevin Martin were out due to injuries. According to cbssports Love commented on his performance saying, “I thought at some point it would happen. I've been very close. Happy it was tonight and more happy we got the win. This is one I'll definitely remember."

Getting a triple-double in the NBA is extremely hard to do. According to the startribune Love is the 10th Wolves player to record a triple-double. The first player was Ty Corbin 23 years ago, who ironically now coaches the Jazz.

We’ll see if Love can pull it off again tomorrow night as the Timberwolves head to Portland to face the Trail Blazers.
