As Lea Michele prepares to release her new solo album, the Glee actress has been doing more interviews. In the latest, she revealed that she and the late Cory Monteith discussed having children.

While chatting with Glamour UK for its upcoming April issue, the actress and singer talked about how she and Monteith, who died last year, saw their future together.

“We talked about children and what we would look like when we grew old and who would be fat and how we would stay thin,” Michele revealed. “We talked about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do.”

Michele went on to say that she feels “like I was given the best part of Cory and I'm thankful for that.”

While many of her interviews have been about coping with the past, Michele told Glamour UK that she is really looking forward to this year. “I feel physically and emotionally very strong,” the 27-year-old said. “You don't know how strong you are until you have to be.”

As ABC News notes, Michele said she feels the same way about Monteith as she did after losing her grandfather, as if they are watching over her.

“I feel the exact same way about Cory. Every day when I go running, I feel like he's pushing me to run harder,” she said.

Michele’s new album is called Louder and it hits stores on March 17. The album was inspired by Monteith and even features the song, “If You Say So,” which is based on his last words to her.
