Gossip Girl didn’t seem to catch this one as it appears wedding bells are in order for Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester and The OC’sAdam Brody. Meester and Brody have been married in a super-secret wedding.
As previously reported Meester and Brody became engaged in November of 2013.
The actors first met on the set of The Oranges in 2011. According to US Weekly Brody and Meester began dating in February of 2013, only nine months prior to becoming engaged.
Secrecy appears to have become the way of their relationship as neither has ever responded about their relationship publically however the two have been spotted together over the past year.
Previously Meester and Brody both starred as wealthy children on opposite sides of America in shows created by Josh Schwartz. Meester portrayed Blaire Waldorf from 2007 until 2012 in Gossip Girl living in the Upper East Side of New York City. Across the country, Brody played the role of Seth Cohen from 2003 until 2007 in The OC in sunny Southern California.
