Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are lifelong best friends and it seems nothing can come between the two actors. It’s normal for BFF’s to make fun of each other and that’s exactly what these two decided to do, while getting funny man Jimmy Kimmel involved.

The ongoing joke began Feb. 13 when Kimmel retweeted Affleck’s tweet, which let fans know about a contest supporting Omaze charity that would allow one lucky winner to go to L.A. for a night out with Affleck and Damon. Damon, who doesn’t have a twitter, could not be tagged in this particular post and that’s where the joking began.

Ben tweeted back at Kimmel, “I thank you buddy. And @easterncongo & @water thank you. Matt on the other hand? Matt you there? Right. We will fax you.” To which Kimmel responded, “Matt is prob too scared to get on twitter because no one likes him.” This really got people talking on Twitter and according to E! News, it even got Twitter TV to retweet this while adding the hashtag #FaxingMattDamon themselves. Affleck and Kimmel both couldn’t help but retweet this joke on their friend.

Damon may not have a twitter, but that doesn’t mean he couldn’t get involved in this ongoing joke in the best way possible. According to Us Weekly, Damon literally sent them a fax of his bare butt. The fax read, “Dear Ben & Jimmy, Here’s my fax. Love, MD. Faxtag: KimmelHasManBoobs.”

Kimmel, who found this hysterical, shared the fax on his twitter and tweeted at Affleck saying, “@BenAffleck—did you see what your ‘friend’ Matt faxed to us? NSFW.” To which Affleck replied, “Looks like u from here, Jimmy. All 4 charity?”

The three have kept this online joke going for about a week now and they’re all getting back at each other in perfect, hysterical ways. You can see how good of friends the three are by how far they’re willing to go to make fun of each other. Fans can only hope this will keep going because it’s extremely enjoyable to follow. Affleck made sure to follow up this conversation with his own tweet about the charity to remind us what this all is really about. “#FaxingMattDamon jokes aside…”
