Rumors are flying that hip-hop artist Nelly and R&B singer Ashanti are back together after they were seen cuddling while clubbing over Super Bowl weekend.
Sunday night, Nelly and Ashanti hit up the WIP in SoHo with friends Sean “Diddy” Combs and Rick Ross. The group was there to listen to DJ Whoo Kid’s set.
Upon arrival, the musicians wore large and extravagant fur coats.
According to Page Six, a source revealed that, “Diddy and Rick needed extra room at the table for their furs. Ashanti and Nelly cuddled up next to them and complained Diddy and Rick’s furs took up the seats at every club all weekend.”
However, the situation gets messier as it seems that Nelly has been dating BET’s The Game star Lashontae Heckard. The two have been acquainted since the rapper’s song, “Grillz” video.
According to International Business Times, the actress, “even has his nickname, ‘Mo,’ tattooed on her lower back. ‘M.O.’ is also the title of Nelly’s seventh studio album.”
