The Voice is back with its sixth season, and the return of coaches Shakira and Usher, which the new promo proves are ready to get down to business.

E! Online released the two and a half minute preview video which shows all four coaches are ready to fight for contestants, with Usher and Shakira aimed to win, and as always, Blake and Adam aimed to bring the fun which definitely helped the show earn its Emmy.

"Last time we did this, I came this close," Usher says in the exclusive video. "This time? Losing is not an option."

The video also shows the coaches breaking down each other’s style to convince a contestant to go with them, from Adam Levine’s begging, to Usher’s smooth talking. Stating that they had a record number of “four chair turns” with 11, even very brief clips of contestants singing you can see why.

In other Voice news, Adam Levine revealed his mentor for the season will be singer/songwriter Aloe Blacc, known for his vocals on Avicii’s “Wake Me Up” and his own “The Man”. This rounds out the mentors chosen for the season with Blake and The Band Perry, Shakira surprisingly with Blake’s wife Miranda Lambert, and Usher with soul singer Jill Scott.

The Voice returns on February 24 with the blind auditions and a two-hour special premiere on NBC.
