The highly anticipated second season of the hit Netflix series is finally coming to view.
Netflix confirmed Saturday that the show will return on Friday, June 6. According to Buzzfeed, after Netflix released season two of their other original series, 'House of Cards', they snuck an ad at the end of the final episode of the Kevin Spacey drama.
After they released the ad revealing the date, they released a short, 15-second teaser trailer of season two.
Although it is still unknown what the story line of season two will be, it has been revealed by cast members that it will pick off where season one left off.
Danielle Brooks, who played Taystee in season one and will return to the character in season two, talked to E Online, and revealed that she is excited about premiering the new season to fans.
"We're having a blast! I mean, the writing was amazing before, and it has gotten even better, I don't know how they made it happen but it's really good. I think that people are going to be so excited about season two," said Brooks.
All 13 episodes of season two will be available June 6 to Netflix subscribers.
