Selena Gomez's stalker, who was found outside of her San Fernando Valley home has been sentenced to 120 days in Los Angeles County Jail.
According to TMZ, the man, Juan Garcia, put in a plea of no contest and was sentenced to prison. After his 120 days are up, Garcia will have to remain at least 150 yards away from the pop singer for three years.
On top of all that, the stalker also will be placed on probation for those three years.
As previously reported, the 19-year-old from Arizona was discovered outside of Gomez's California home, claiming that he only wanted to meet her in person.
Earlier this week it was learned that Gomez had checked into rehab for a couple weeks in December. The "Come & Get It" singer's rep confirmed that she had gone into rehab and noted that it was for exhaustion and "not for substance abuse."
Gomez had checked into the Dawn at the Meadows in Arizona after cancelling part of her tour saying at the time that she needed "to spend some time on myself in order to be the best person I can be."
