Showtime has decided to move forward with 12-episode new seasons of both Shameless and House of Lies. This will be the fifth season for Shameless and fourth for House of Lies.
The new seasons will be starting in 2015, Variety reported. Also in the 2015 lineup for the network will be another season of Episodes.
Both shows have been extremely successful for Showtime and have helped to draw in larger ratings.
Shamless which stars William H. Macy and Emmy Rossum, has been bringing in 5.5 million weekly viewers across platforms, which is almost a 8% increase from last season.
House of Lies which stars Don Cheadle continues to draw in an average of three million viewers a week, The Hollywood Reporter added.
The network also recently picked up Philip Seymour Hoffman comedy Happyish but the future of that show has not yet been decided since the tragic death of Hoffman.
Showtime is planning to move forward with their lineups, as the network says goodbye to the very popular Californication, which is starting its seventh and final season this year.
