Biggest Loser winner Rachel Fredrickson shocked audiences and trainers alike when she premiered her post-show body on the season 15 finale.

Trainer Bob Harper appeared on the Rachael Ray Show, and admitted that he was "stunned" to see Fredrickson's dramatic change, according to Examiner.com.

"We've never had a contestant at 105 pounds," Harper said in the interview. "What people don't understand is, when the contestants leave to go home, they're in charge of themselves. I had not seen her until that night, and so when she walked out, I was just kind of like 'whoa,' and I've been on that show since the beginning."

Harper and Jillian Michaels, another trainer on the show, were visibly shocked when Fredrickson walked out.

Fredrickson, 24, who is 5-foot-4, lost 155 pounds in just four months, going from 260 pounds to 105 pounds. She lost 59.62 percent of her body weight, which is a first for the show. The extreme weight loss sparked many eating disorder rumors.

US Weekly spoke to Fredrickson after her big win, who insisted that she lost weight the healthy way, and that she came on the show for the right reasons.

"I truly came on 'The Biggest Loser' to gain my life and get that second chance to take control and to be that confident girl again," she said in the interview.
