The Chew star Daphne Oz has welcomed her first child, a daughter, with husband John Jovanovic on Wednesday.
Oz is the oldest daughter of Dr. Oz star Mehmet Oz. He took to Twitter after the birth to express his excitement to become a grandfather.
“My daughter @DaphneOz delivered her first child! I'm holding my beautiful granddaughter now. Thank you for all the well-wishes & prayers!” he wrote.

Dr. Oz and his wife, Lisa, have four children in total and this is their first grandchild. They’re parents to Daphne, Arabella, Zoe and Oliver.
Us Weekly reports Daphne, 28, and her investment fund analyst husband got married back in 2010 and confirmed they were expecting their first child in September. Daphne has continued to work on her ABC show The Chew throughout her pregnancy.
Their daughter, whose name hasn’t been revealed yet, was born at 10:03 pm o Wednesday and weighs 6 lbs, 13 oz.
