Former star of The Office, Jenna Fischer is pregnant with baby number two!
The 39-year-old’s representative confirmed to US Weekly of the exciting news. The baby, who is expected to arrive this summer, is the second child for Fischer and her husband, Lee Kirk. The couple is already parents to Weston Lee, who was born on September 24, 2011.
Fischer retweeted a report of her pregnancy news in acknowledgment and also tweeted “Let’s talk 🙂 Congrats!” to Jimmy Kimmel’s expecting wife, Molly McNearney, who confirmed their baby news Monday, Feb. 24, according to E! News.
Back in January 2013, Fischer to People that she was loving motherhood.
"When I went into it I thought, ‘OK, I bet it's going to be really great 70 percent of the time, and then 30 percent of the time, you just have to get through it,'" she recalled. "And I was like, 'I can do that, I can do that.' I love it 100 percent of the time, I honestly do."
The pregnant actress was pregnant with Weston during the shooting of The Office, which resulted in the arrival of Jim and Pam’s second child. Luckily, Fischer has already wrapped up filming for her two new movies, You Are Here and Kiss Me, so she can enjoy her maternity leave.
