Moviegoers have packed theaters this year to see a whole range of films. From Sandra Bullock fighting for her life in space, to the story of two sisters who experience a true frozen atmosphere, the movie experiences from 2013 into now have been unforgettable.
March 2nd will be the night when the best of the best in film are honored at the Academy Awards. As an average film fan, most of the movies that we saw in the theaters did not receive nominations, like box office giants such as Pacific Rim or The Hunger Games: Catching Fire but still a few films like Gravity and Frozen accomplished box office success and Oscar nominations.
Before the envelopes are opened the awards are announced, TheCelebrityCafe.com is making a few predictions as an average movie fan. Jennifer Lawrence is unstoppable, her work in American Hustle though it was brief, was one of the best parts of the entire film. This role could bring Lawrence another Oscar, even though most fans of Lawrence went to support her other project this year, Catching Fire.

It has been heavily predicted that 12 Years a Slave will be taking home best picture but the award of best director should go to Alfonso Cuaron for his vision that brought Gravity to life. Without Cuaron at the helm, odds are this film wouldn’t even have been made.
