Columbus Short who plays the character of Harrison Wright on ABC’s television series Scandal, found himself in a tight spot of his own on March 15 when he got involved in a bar fight.
According to TMZ, the actor was in Los Angeles on March 15, at Gabe’s Bar and Grill at approximately 10:45 p.m. He was there to celebrate a couple’s engagement when an individual made an inappropriate comment to him.
The man who made the comment allegedly said something along the lines of, “You might be richer than me but I get my girls to buy me everything I want including your wife,” according to TMZ.
According to HuffPost Celebrity, Short then allegedly punched the man in the bar, breaking his nose as well as leaving him unconscious.
While Short reportedly left the bar quickly after the scene, an ambulance came to take the unconscious man to a nearby hospital.
HuffPost Celebrity also reported that this has not been Short’s first accusation of a physical altercation. Short was also accused of breaking a man named Jason Hill’s jaw in 2010 during a basketball game. Which TMZ later reported that Hill simply obtained a restraining order against Short.
