Aaron Carter has made the headlines by saying that Hilary Duff is “the love of his life” and he will stop at nothing to have another chance.

US Magazine reports Carter has been very vocal about his feeling as he ranted on a series of tweets on Twitter.

Carter tweeted, “I'll spend the rest of my life trying to better myself to get back to her.
I don't care what ANY of you think.” He went on to say, “Don't be that stupid douche that loses the love of your life forever.. Like me...”

The Disney stars dated for almost three years. Duff, 26, split from her retired former NFL player Mike Comrie,33 in January. The couple was married for three years before they separated, and have a son Luca who is 23 months old.

Entertainment Weekly gave a quick recap on why Carter and Duff parted ways in 2006. Carter and Duff were dating for a year and half until he cheated on her fellow actress Lindsay Lohan.

Carter said, “I just got a little bored, so I went and I started getting to know Lindsay. And then I didn’t want to do that anymore, so I got back with Hilary. And then I ended up cheating on Hilary with her best friend.”

Duff has not responded to any of the tweets from Carter.
