Chris Brown is heading to jail after he violated his probation stemming from 2009 assault charge where he beat up Rihanna.
According to TMZ, who first reported the news, Brown was kicked out of rehab after four months. A judge had ruled that if he left rehab, the singer would face jail time.
Sources tell the site that the singer broke "internal rules," so he was tossed out. The source didn't elaborate on what exactly Brown did, only that it isn't related to drugs or violence.
Brown also wasn't kicked out of rehab in relation to being discovered having "an inappropriate relationship" with a woman who works at the rehab clinic.
ABC News reports Brown was in rehab as part of an anger-management program that he had been told to attend after getting into a fight in Washington, D.C.
Brown, along with his bodyguard, allegedly assaulted a man at a nightclub by punching him as the singer said, "I feel like boxing." In the end the charges were reduced to a misdemeanor. The man is also suing to get Brown to pay his medical bills.
