Singer Courtney Love believes that she has found the Malaysia Airlines flight that hasn’t been heard from since March 8. While she’s not an expert, she has shared a satellite image on Twitter and Facebook that she thinks shows the coordinates of the plane’s location.

“I'm no expert but up close this does look like a plane and an oil slick,” Love wrote. She included an image of water, taken from satellite imagery site Tomnod. “Prayers go out to the families #MH370 and its like a mile away Pulau Perak, where they "last" tracked it 5°39'08.5"N 98°50'38.0"E but what do I know?” she added.

On Twitter, Love has retweeted stories about her “discovery.” She also retweeted a fan who wrote, “Just imagine if Courtney Love did actually find that plane.”

In an interview with New York Magazine, Love said that she’s obsessed with finding Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.

“Yeah I went to the satellite site and just uploaded tons and tons of pictures,” she said. “I really doubt aliens took it. It's got to be somewhere. I'm a little obsessive.”

Unfortunately for Love, Tomnod said that the plane cannot be in that area. It’s likely that the objects are just ships searching in the area.

“I hope they find the plane, I pray they're still alive, it's sad and my heart goes out to all those involved,” Love added. “It's the least I can do.”
