The Oakland Raiders, New York Jets and Carolina Panthers all share a common need as they seek to improve themselves during the NFL offseason. They are all looking to upgrade their wide receiver corps as they anticipate the upcoming NFL draft.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson is rumored to be on the trading block, according to NFL.

The Raiders, Jets and Panthers are all rumored to be interested in trading for Jackson as reported by Fansided.

The Jets' meeting with quarterback with Michael Vick is sure to fuel speculation of a reunion, and pairing Jackson with the newly signed Eric Decker would light the spark that the Jets need in their offense.

The Panthers are desperate to give quarterback Cam Newton after releasing Steve Smith and losing Brandon LaFell and Ted Ginn in free agency.

Like the Jets, the Raiders have also begun to stabilize their receiving unit by signing James Jones.

The Eagles are expected to maintain a stable receiving corps in the event that Jackson leaves since they re-signed Riley Cooper and Jeremy Maclin.
