Former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson has drawn wide interest from the free agent market since his shocking release, and the Washington Redskins have added themselves as potential suitors. They are expected to host a visit for Jackson on Monday.

Jackson enjoyed the best season of his career in 2013 with Chip Kelly as the Eagles' new head coach. He posted career-highs with 82 catches, 1,332 receiving yards and nine touchdown catches. However, he was cut amid reports that he had a poor work ethic and attitude.

According to CBS Sports, Jackson has nine teams interested in possibly signing him. Among these teams are the Oakland Raiders, New York Jets, Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs.

Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall got in a fight with Jackson in Week 1 of the 2013 season, but he said he would welcome him with open arms, according to NFL.

Jackson's presence in the Redskins' offense would give quarterback Robert Griffin III a potent receiving corps with Pierre Garcon lined up across. Garcon broke the Redskins' franchise record for single-season catches with 113.
