George Lopez was reportedly arrested Thursday night for public intoxication after passing out on the floor of a Canadian casino.

According to People, security guards at Caesar's Windsor called police to the casino, where they arrested him at the bar.

"We can confirm that at 11:25 p.m. Windsor police officers received custody of a male from the OPP Casino Enforcement Unit," a spokesperson for Windsor Police said of the incident. "The male was subsequently released with no charges."

According to Gossip Cop, Lopez had performed a standup routine at the casino earlier that night, and is due to perform again Friday night.

A witness at the casino posted a photo of Lopez laying on the ground at the casino on his Twitter.

The 52 year old comedian, who stars in the new show Saint George on FX, underwent a kidney transplant in 2005, which was donated to him by his wife, Ann. The two have been married since 1993.
