Giuliana Rancic has interviewed everyone from George Clooney, Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lawrence to reality stars like the Kardashians but on Wednesday’s appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, she revealed Russell Crowe was her most awkward interview to date.
Rancic revealed the crude incident happened when she was only at E! for a year so she was pretty new to the game, but she admitted on the show he was “so mean” on the red carpet at one of his premieres.
“I said, 'Are you excited to be here tonight? Your big movie premiere?' And he goes, 'I'm contractually obligated to be here. What's your next question?'" she explained, Daily News reports.
She added she decided to ask him if it was nice to see all his fans and he wasn’t impressed with the question. “He goes, 'That's your second question?’ And he goes, '1, 2, you're through!' And walked away."
Crowe has a reputation of having a temper, so Rancic’s story just solidifies the rumors.
