Even though John Travolta said he’s beating himself up over botching Idina Menzel’s name at the Oscars Sunday night, that isn’t stopping anyone from making fun of his mistake. The producers of If/Then, Menzel’s next play on Broadway, even used Travolta’s fake name at dress rehearsal today.
Janet Krupin, who was also cast in If/Then took to Twitter to show off today’s special playbill for rehearsal, notes The New York Daily News. The playbill shows that Menzel’s role, Elizabeth, will be played by Adele Dazim, the name Travolta used at the Oscars. It also included a picture from the Oscars and “Travoltafied” versions of her past Broadway roles.
“At this performance... #idinamenzel #adeledazeem,” Krupin wrote.

Travolta issued a statement on Tuesday afternoon, admitting that he’s “been beating myself up all day.”
“Then I thought, what would Idina Menzel say? She'd say, let it go, let it go!” Travolta added. “Idina is incredibly talented and I am so happy Frozen took home two Oscars Sunday night!”
Menzel performed “Let It Go,” the song from Disney’s Frozen, which took home the Oscar for Best Original Song. She later sang it again with Jimmy Fallon while playing classroom instruments.
