Jimmer Fredette is officially a member of the Chicago Bulls and he’s extremely excited about the new possibilities. He reached a buyout agreement with his previous team, the Sacramento Kings earlier this week.

The free agent signed a deal to keep him on the Bulls up until the end of the season. Fredette gained notoriety during his final year in college at BYU earning him a National Player of the Year title.

It is a mutual excitement as Fredette is looking forward to playing for a winning team, and the Bulls are looking forward to what Fredette brings to the court every game. According to the bleacherreport Chicago Bulls General Manager Gar Forman said, “We are very excited to add a player like Jimmer to our roster. We’ve followed him closely throughout his collegiate and professional career, and believe he’ll be the type of player that will fit in with our group and be an asset to the team.”
