Singer Justin Bieber's DUI trial date has been set for May 5. Bieber was arrested back in January for drag racing in Miami with his friends.

E! Online reveals that Bieber is headed to court on May 5 to deal with charges that were brought against him after getting arrested in Miami on Jan. 23 for drag racing. Bieber, also faces charges for resisting arrest and possessing an invalid driver's license. Bieber has entered a plea of not guilty and their has been no plea deal made on his behalf. The first trial date had to be delayed after Bieber's lawyers had to fight against the release of jail surveillance videos that revealed Bieber supplying a sample of urine for a drug test.

Page Six divulges how Bieber's lawyer Roy Black has also been handling a lawsuit by a photographer, who claims that one of Bieber's bodyguards manhandled and threatened him. A video of Bieber's deposition in the lawsuit has hit he internet and Black declares that Bieber's privacy has been invaded. Black utters, “He has absolutely no privacy.”
