TLC has ordered another special starring Kate Gosselin and her eight children. Her ex-husband Jon Gosselin will not be involved.

It’s been two years since Gosselin, her twins and sextuplets have appeared on the small screen together. The one-hour special “will give an update about their life as a family today” and will air in June.

Mady and Cara are now 13 years old and the sextuplets - Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Joel – are 9, People reports. They first stole the hearts of viewers in 2007 when they appeared on Jon & Kate Plus 8 with both their parents. However, they went through a nasty split in 2009 and in 2010, the family appeared on Kate Plus Eight without Jon.

As we previosuly reported, in January, Mady and Cara appeared on NBC’s Today Show with their mom where they were supposed to give viewers an update on their lives. They froze, which made for an awkward television moment.

"So this is their chance to talk and this is the most wordless I've heard them all morning. I don't want to speak for them, but Mady go ahead . . that years later they're good, they're fine . . Go for it, Mady,” their mom said.

In a recent episode of Vh1’s Couples Therapy, Jon Gosselin slammed his ex-wife, saying “You hate me more than you love your kids.”
