Model turned actress, Kate Upton, is threatening to sue over fake topless photos that have emerged in the media. She’s threatening to sue the website CelebJihad.com for their misleading photo and headlines.

The site, which also claims to have other celebrity nude photos and sex tapes of stars like Emma Watson and The Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco, claimed to have an outtake from one of Upton’s Sports Illustrated photoshoots.

According to TMZ the first headline reads, "Kate Upton Naked Outtake From SI Swimsuit 2014” and the second read, "More Kate Upton Naked Outtakes."

Upton’s lawyer said in the legal paperwork threatening to sue if they didn’t take the photos down, "One of these photographs has even been airbrushed."

However, E! Online reports CelebJihad is now claiming it’s “completely absurd” that Upton would threaten legal action over the photos because "As pious Muslims we must only obey Shariah law, and thus can only be taken to trial in a Shariah court."

The website describes themselves as a "holy Islamic extremist celebrity gossip website."
