It has been reported that Keeping up with the Kardashians star Khloe Kardashian has purchased Justin Bieber’s Calabasas, Calif. home.
According to TMZ, Bieber netted a cool $1 million profit. He bought the house in 2012 for just over $6 milion, and real estate sources tell TMZ that Khloe bought the mansion today for $7.2 million. The home is located in the exclusive “The Oaks” community, and has been the subject of many news stories in recent months.
Bieber decided to move out of the home back in January after numerous run-ins with the law and disgruntled neighbors. He caused $20,000 in damages egging his neighbor’s house back in January. When police came to search the house clues relating to the egging crime, they found illegal drugs and arrested one of Bieber’s friends, Xavier “Lil Za” Smith.
Khloe, 29, sold her and her estranged husband Lamar Odom’s home back in January to Big Bang Theory beauty Kaley Cuoco.
According to Us Weekly, Khloe’s sister Kourtney Kardashian recently purchased a home in the area, so now they will be neighbors.
