Kanye West famously rapped in his song "Gold Digger," “We Want prenup! We want prenup!” It looks like he followed his own advice. As their nuptials approach, the details on Kim Kardashian and Kanye West prenup were revealed.
According to Radar Online, if the couple were to divorce, Kardashian would receive $1 million dollars for every year she was married to the rap giant capped at $10 million. West didn’t want a prenup at first because he believes Kardashian is the one notes Hollywood Life.
Besides the monetary compensation, Kim will also get to keep any gifts given to her by West as well as the couple’s Bel-Air mansion. The agreement doesn’t stop there, according to Hollywood Life Kardashian will be named beneficiary of one of West’s life insurance policies worth an estimated $20 million.
The prenup process between West and Kardashian was much smoother than Kardashian's last pre-nuptial agreement with ex-Husband Kris Humphries, which dragged on for months and months.
