Matthew McConaughey and his wife, Camila Alves, already have three children but it’s possible that they will have another. The couple have Levi, 5, Vida, 4, and Livingston, 14 months, but the Oscar winner revealed he wanted to go make another one after Sunday’s afterparties.
It was sure to be one emotional rollercoaster of a day on Sunday, so the Dallas Buyers Club star said he wanted to leave early with his wife.
"We won't stay at the afterparty long—I want to go home and make another baby!" he said, E! Online reports.
McConaughey, who married Alves in 2012, was sure to thank his family during his acceptance speech.
"To my wife, Camila, and my kids, the courage and significance you give me every day I go out the door is unparalleled. You are the four people in my life that I want to make the most proud of me. Thank you,” he said.
Meanwhile, Alves told People she wanted to keep her dress simple that night out of respect for the nominees.
“I want to show respect toward the reason that I’m there. I think that everybody who goes to a special event has their place,” she said.
