Mike Epps is set to star in the new Starz series, ‘Survivor’s Remorse’

Mike Epps is set to star in the new Starz series, Survivor’s Remorse.

Survivor’s Remorse is a scripted comedy series set within the world of basketball. NBA star LeBron James and Mike O’Malley are set to executive produce, according to Deadline. Mike Epps will co-star with Jessie T Usher as Cam Calloway and RonReaco Lee as Reggie Vaughn.

On March 29th, comedian Mike Epps brought his After Dark Tour to Music City at the Bridgestone Arena. According to the Examiner, the popular comedian started his show with 70s style music on a set that was full of bright colors and a club/ bar set. The comedian joked about a Twitter battle as well as a character session with Ice Cube.

Epps was born in Indianapolis. He is known for his roles in The Hangover and Resident Evil: Apocalypse. He has won a Gotham Award for his film, Talk to Me with Don Cheadle, Cedric The Entertainer, and Martin Sheen. He won an Image Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture for Jumping the Broom. He has been nominated for a BET Comedy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor for The Fighting Temptations.
